Here are the top three stories today in Savannah:
- Subtropical Storm Nicole has been upgraded to a Tropical Storm. A Tropical Storm Watch is now in effect for Savannah and the surrounding area. The Tropical Storm will likely bring strong wind gusts tonight through Friday. The Tropical Storm system is expected to exit the Savannah area this weekend. (WTOC)
- The Savannah Police Department was able to locate a missing teen on Monday. Zyontae Allen, 14 years old, went missing near the hotels on Stephenson Avenue on Sunday. The department asked the community to assist it in its search. Allen was found safe. (Savannah Police Department)
- The Savannah Police Department's Traffic Investigation Unit is currently investigating a crash that occurred at Jimmy Deloach Parkway on Sunday night. The crash involved two vehicles that impacted and resulted in the overturn of a 2022 Ford Mustang. The Mustang's driver was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. (WJCL News Savannah)
