Here are the top three stories today in Savannah:

  1. The Savannah Music Festival is getting ready for kick-off on Mar. 23! Tickets are available online, by phone, or at the Savannah Box Office and begin at $31. The 17-day outdoor festival will take place at the Trustees’ Garden. Events will include main stage performers, family-friendly activities, and food trucks. (Savannah CEO)
  2. Savannah will be the first city in Georgia to get its own MONOPOLY board game. Savannah residents can cast their vote as to which squares they want to make the board by emailing savannah@toptrumps.com. 3. Issues 11 and 12 of the comic, "Ghost Rider," takes place in Savannah. Written by Benjamin Percy, who visited the city for the first time in 2022 for the Savannah Book Festival, the comic draws on the history and legends he was drawn to during his trip here. While only parts of issue 11 were set in Savannah, the city is the main location for issue 12, which is available on Mar. 1. (Savannah Morning News)
