- Savannah is the best destination for summer fun. WSAV has created a list of family-friendly summer activities for residents to experience the best that Savannah has to offer. Click for the full list that includes ferry rides, bowling, and Tybee Island. (WSAV-TV)
- The Savannah Police Department joined various local law enforcement agencies in responding to a Garden City address. The incident occurred on Monday at Salt Creek Road when a suspect began firing at officers that responded to a call for service. The situation was reportedly under control by 5:00 p.m. but the department remained on the scene to provide investigation support. (WJCL News Savannah)
- Chatham County's Hurricane Expo will be at the Oglethorpe Mall this Saturday. The event will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with various vendors while learning about hurricane preparedness. Click for a list of vendors. (WTOC)
