15-Year-Old Smyrna Girl Missing, Police Ask Help
Police say she suffers from depression and was last seen leaving her Smyrna home on Tuesday.

SMYRNA, GA — The Smyrna Police Department is asking the public's help in finding a 15-year-old girl who went missing Tuesday.
Chiyann Alexis Fields left her Lake Park Drive home on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
The department's media release says Chiyann suffers from depression and that she has recently threatened to harm herself.

Chiyann is a 5-foot-4 tall black girl who weighs about 125 pounds, with brown eyes and blonde/black hair which she was wearing in a ponytail when she left.
She was last seen wearing a long sleeve purple tie die shirt and light blue jeans. She may have a tattoo on her left forearm from her elbow to her wrist.
