• Former Trojan Marcus Rogers signs with CFL franchise (troymessenger.com) — A Smyrna native is headed back to the Canadian Football League, as former Campbell High and Troy University receiver Marcus Rogers signs with the Toronto Argonauts. His journey has taken him from Smyrna to junior college, Troy, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and indoor football, and now he’ll join several other former Trojans making their mark in the CFL.
