Company & Smyrna police say they are investigating the alleged incident.
SMYRNA, GA -- Krispy Kreme and local police are looking into a report that "Black Lives Matter" was scribbled on a box of doughnuts bought by a police officer in Smyrna, according to media outlets.
A pro-police officer blog called Blue Lives Matter posted about the alleged incident, which purportedly took place Wednesday at the Krispy Kreme on South Cobb Drive.
The post said that, "Smyrna police officers have been unable to speak up about this incident due to a strict social media policy which prohibits it." A former officer told Blue Lives Matter about it though, the blog post said.
