“I appreciate the work of our past Board Chair, and I am looking forward to building upon the District’s legacy of success and supporting our school staff and families as we work together to ensure our students continue to receive a world-class education. Thanks to voter-approved Ed-SPLOST funds, students will have access to more state-of-the-art learning facilities, which is very exciting,” said newly-elected Board Chair David Chastain.
In addition to voting on the Board Chair and Vice-Chair, the Board approved the Board meeting calendar for 2022.
Superintendent Chris Ragsdale also announced updates to the District’s Public Health Protocols.
