Two teens who made off into the woods after burglarizing a home in a gang-related incident have been sentenced to 10 and 11 years in prison, respectively.
A Cobb County Superior Court judge sentenced Jamal Akeem Lisbon, 18, of Smyrna, to 10 years in prison and Calvin "Roscoe" Jermaine McKinney of Austell, 17, to 11 years. Lisbon will have to serve two of his 10 years in custody.
The two pled guilty to five counts of violating Georgia's Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. They were in what's know as a hybrid gang, a smaller gang that can easily become part of a larger, more well-known gang, called Triple G.
The two robbed a home in Mableton Sept. 3, 2013. Witnesses spotted them taking their haul of stolen televisions into the nearby woods. They were arrested later that same day.
Both teens must not associate with gang members or participate in gang activity has part of their sentence.
