Customer Service Representative

National Envelope is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Smyrna. The ideal candidate should meet the folllowing requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Six months to one year related sales support/customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Windows, etc.);
• Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and JD Edwards;
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as time management skills.
