Kennesaw Man Arrested In Double Stabbing In Smyrna: Police
Kareem Rashad Carter, 25, was wanted for allegedly stabbing a man and woman last week. He was arrested Friday on felony weapon charges.

SMYRNA, GA -- Police in Cobb County have arrested a Kennesaw man in the stabbing of two people at a Smyrna apartment complex last week, Patch has learned.
Kareem Rashad Carter, 25, was arrested Friday and is being held on felony weapon charges, according to information from the Cobb County Sheriff's Office.
Police said Carter got into a confrontation with a man, who was behind the steering wheel, and woman inside a vehicle outside the Villas of South Cobb apartments.

Carter allegedly slashed the man in the head and neck area with a box-cutter or small knife, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The woman was also cut.
The man was rushed to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, according to WSB-TV, while Carter fled the scene.

Carter is being held in the Cobb County Detention Center in lieu of $15,000 in bond, according to jail records.
