In Loving Memory of Wallace Fortner, 85

Wallace Fortner, age 85, of Vinings, GA passed away November 2, 2015. Wallace was born November 1,1930. He is survived by his wife, Sara Fortner, son, Mike Fortner, daughter, Cindy Fortner, daughter & son-in-law, Jennifer & Charles Depp, 7 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his wife’s children, Greg Vines, Debbie & Randy Nally, Ginger & Mike Porterfield, Mark & Carrie Vines & their many grand & great grandchildren. He is survived by his sister, June Cowart and many nieces & nephews. Wallace was preceded in death by his son, Nick Fortner. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Carmichael Funeral Home, 2950 King St., SE, Smyrna, GA 30080. Brother Charles Young will give the discourse. Followed by a reception in the banquet hall for family members only. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the South Smyrna Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3448 Hicks Rd., Austell, GA 30106.
