Also, observed employee personal water bottles store in food prep area by food prep equipment and utensils. COS: Removed all cups from food prep areas.

CA: Ensure that all sinks designated for handwashing are used only for handwashing. COS: Educated PIC that handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
