Rat Infestation Found At Cobb Kroger: Report

Inspectors told media there was evidence of burrowing and rodent droppings and a strong smell of urine located in the grocery store.

SMYRNA, GA — A South Atlanta Road Kroger was recently accused of being infested with rats, causing one of its employees to quit, according to a media report.

According to Atlanta News First, the Georgia Department of Agriculture visited the Smyrna store Friday after being notified of the infestation by the former employee.

Inspectors told the outlet there was evidence of burrowing and rodent droppings and a strong smell of urine located in the grocery store.
