Smyrna Police Seek Hit-and-Run Suspect

On Monday, Smyrna Police officers were investigating a disturbance at the Citgo located on South Cobb Dr and Concord Rd, when one of their patrol cars was struck and damaged by an unknown vehicle. Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect to be a white female with dark brown or red hair, driving a dark colored SUV which is believed to be a Kia Soul. The vehicle would likely have damage to the rear passenger side. A possible date of birth of 10/23/56 was listed on the store’s surveillance but attempts to identify the suspect have been unsuccessful so far.
