Cobb Travel & Tourism, along with its city partners, is excited to celebrate National Tourism Week May 4-12 to recognize the importance of tourism to the community and celebrate all its visitors.
“National Tourism Week is the perfect opportunity to draw attention to the economic importance of the travel and tourism industry to the Cobb community” said Holly Bass, president and CEO of Cobb Travel & Tourism. “It also gives us the chance to truly display all that Cobb County has to offer.”
Travel and tourism is the largest economic driver in Cobb County at $2.02 billion, supporting almost 30,000 jobs throughout the county. Cobb Travel & Tourism, along with its city partners, have planned several activities throughout the week to promote and educate the community about the importance of tourism and how it affects Cobb directly.
