Mableton Man Dies After Car Stalls, Struck by Suspected Drunk Driver

A Mableton man died Sunday when his stalled car was hit from behind by a van driven by a suspected drunk driver in Clayton County.

A 25-year-old Mableton man died Sunday morning when his car was hit from behind by a suspected drunk driver, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, MyFoxAtlanta.com and WDEF.

Olvin Gallo-Flores' 2004 Nissan 350 ZX stalled on the I-285 westbound ramp from I-75 north in Clayton County, according to the AJC and MyFoxAtlanta.

Gallo-Flores died when the vehicle was struck from behind by a Chevrolet Express Cargo Van.

Charges are pending against the driver and a passenger of the van, who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, according to the AJC and MyFoxAtlanta.

The identities of the two have not been released.
