Motor Vehicle Office in South Cobb Set to Reopen

SOUTH COBB, GA -- The Cobb County government is alerting residents that renovations to the motor vehicle office in South Cobb have been completed.

The office at the South Government Service Center in Austell, is slated to reopen Wednesday, Feb. 8.

The staff handles at the Tax Commissioner’s Office annually services about 95,000 customer transactions, the county said.

Tax Commissioner Carla Jackson thanked residents for their patience during construction and said that she appreciated the support of District 4 Commissioner Lisa Cupid.
