Elementary and Intermediate School Happenings
- - Wednesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Give the "Gift of Time" to the teachers of Austell Intermediate School. Each class is invited for a special lesson in the media center while the classroom teacher gets an hour to catch up on work that piles up this time of year. It's a fun time for the students and much needed time for the teachers. Volunteers assist the media specialist during this time. No special skills necessary, just a desire to help! - - Order yearbooks by Dec. 22.
- - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Muffins with Moms. Holiday donations will continue to be accepted until Dec. 21.
- - Donations of non-perishable food items are being accepted until Dec. 21. All donations will be forwarded to C.A.M.P. (Christian Aid Mission Partnership). Thursday, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., Muffins with Moms.
- - Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. to noon, AR Store. Friday, 7:30 a.m. All Pro Dads.

- - Monday, 7 p.m. Sixth Grade Band Winter Concert. Tuesday through Thursday, County Checkpoint Testing; 7 p.m. Seventh and Eighth Grade Band Winter Concert. Wednesday, 9:45 a.m. Initial meeting for all eighth grade students interested in Pebblebrook's magnet program. Thursday, 8:15 a.m. All Pro Dads breakfast; 7 p.m. All Grades Orchestra Winter Concert.

- Whitefield Academy - During exam week, all MS/US students must be picked up no later than 11:45 a.m., and “Whitefield Wednesday” wear is permitted on all exam days. Jeans are not to be worn during exam week. Monday through Friday, 9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., exams for middle and upper school students. Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. Jingle Jog with Mileage Club. Lower School Christmas Program for Pre-K and kindergarten at 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., for first to fifth grade at 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at LSSAC.
