THRIVE YOUTH COMMUNITY SERVICE WEEK
APRIL 7TH-APRIL 11TH
Opportunities to volunteer during spring break and earn community
service hours
• Monday August 7th Pizza and postcards 10am-1pm with catered lunch location
provided to attendees
• Tuesday April 8th Community clean up location provided to attendees 10am-1pm with
catered lunch
• Wednesday April 9th volunteer at Peace and Kindness food bank 10am-1pm with
catered lunch
• Thursday, April 10th Volunteer at Austell Community Taskforce Garden at South Cobb
Recreation Center 10am-1pm with catered lunch
• Friday April 11th Read to Succeed and youth resource fair and cookout at
Premier Learning Academy 7225 Premier Lane Mableton, Georgia 4pm-6pm
Benefits from volunteering
Receive a community service certificate with hours documented
Lunch provided
Door prizes daily and grand prize on Friday April 11, 2025
There is no cost
All youth ages 5-18 encouraged to volunteer to earn community service hours
Elementary age youth must be accompanied by adults
