Youth attended Mableton City Council meeting and awarded the City Manager William Tanks with 9/11 hero award for his participation with the 9/11 Youth Service America community service project
Day 4 Riverside community garden
Thrive youth community service week spring break with a purpose was full of surprises. Youth thrivers spent the day at Riverside community garden at the South Cobb Recreation Center lead by Claudette and Sam. Special visit and help provided by Cobb Sheriff Department community affairs, Cobb county Poluce Department community affairs, District Attorney office community affairs and lunch provided by Mableton Community advocate Mrs. Cassandra Brown . We had a lovely day

Day 5 and the final day of Thrive youth community service week youth resource fair at Premier Learning Academy featuring Project keep ‘em off the streets, Haven Help, Girl Scouts and Cobb County Sheriff Department. Also Mableton City Councilwoman Dami Oladapo gave updates about the community. Special thank you to Premier Learning Academy owners Mr. and Mrs. Tolson for their community partnership.
