The store's owner provided surveillance footage. On the video, the officer saw a dark-colored passenger vehicle pull up. Two males, who seemed to have their shirts pulled up around their faces, came out of the vehicle; one of them appeared to take a piece of cinder block from the car and threw it into the front window, the report states.
The men grabbed a handful of hair extensions, then ran out of the store. Only the value of the broken door was provided on the report: $550.
