Saturday Church Service at Old Legacy/Frank Movie Theater
The Life Giving Word Center (LGWC) is launching Saturday, April 6, 2 p.m. at the former Legacy movie theater on Panola Road, 2244 Panola Rd. in Lithonia.

The pastors are Charles Francis II, founder and senior pastor of The Life Giving Word Center in Rochester, N.Y., and wife Renee Francis.

According to LGWC's website about the Lithonia church launch, the service "Thank God It's Saturday," will be every Saturday.
Legacy, which later became Frank Theatres, closed sometime between late 2011 and early 2012.
Free Dental Screenings
Antioch A.M.E. Church in Stone Mountain will have free dental screenings for all age groups this Saturday, April 6, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
"Map It Out"
Crossroads Presbyterian Church in Stone Mountain will hold a parenting workshop on spiritual growth for families on Saturday, April 6, 9 a.m. For more information, call 770-469-9069.
Pantry Needs
Smoke Rise Baptist Church's Cross Tie Newsletter states that the following items are needed this month for the Stone Mountain Pantry: Hot and cold cereal, bar soap, toilet paper, liquid laundry soap, tuna, soup, small water bottles (full or empty).
400+ Baptized at New Birth
