- Take dollar-store jelly beans and pick out the black ones. Pour them in a square vase.
- Then take Peeps and line them up around the outer edge.
- Put fake flowers in the middle, using the jelly beans as florist foam.
It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes and won't cost you more than $10.
