Local Film Company Showing New Projects Thursday

'Macabre' and a trailer for 'Love My Country' will premiere at the Hollywood/Halloween event in Decatur.

The Great Wall Productions, a film production company based in Stone Mountain, is having the world premiere of its new movie Macabre on Halloween night.

The short, a collaboration with Paul Productions, will be shown at the Get Connected-Hollywood/Halloween event on Thursday, Oct. 31 starting at 6 p.m. at the Porter Sandford III Performing Arts Center, 3181 Rainbow Drive in Decatur.

Also featured will be a teaser trailer for Love My Country, a feature film by The Great Wall opening in 2014.

Entry fee is $10.
