Man Arrested After Throwing Fit at Lithonia Bar
The man had been in the bar earlier on April 1 and escorted out for "intentionally throwing and breaking a drinking glass on the floor," the DeKalb incident report states.

A DeKalb county police officer working a part-time job at Dudleys Food & Spirits in Lithonia arrested a man who repeatedly shouted and cursed at cops and the bar manager, according to the incident report.
On April 1 around 1 a.m. at Dudleys, 6691 Millwood Ln., the officer was talking in the front lot with another officer on patrol when the 41-year-old subject was observed coming up to the front of the bar, "cursing loudly at no one in particular at first" the report states.

The man then cut the line, which was set up to control entry to the crowded bar, and walked inside where he was stopped by another off-duty officer and the bar manager.
According to the report, the subject -- who had been in the bar a few hours earlier and escorted out for intentionally throwing and breaking a glass --- was waving his arms around wildly and shouting at the two who stopped him.

"I looked on in disbelief that [the man] was conducting himself so," the officer wrote.
The subject was being escorted out of Dudleys when he demanded his bank card, which he said he left with a staff member in the bar. He did not identify the staffer when asked. He "just continued shouting and cursing," the report states:
At that point I physically escorted him out of the bar and towards the patrol unit parked out front. He continued shouting and cursing while outside and when I demanded in a firm tone that he calm down, listen to us and answer our questions so we could better assist him in finding his card, he just opened back up on us and began cursing and shouting loudly.
The man was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to DeKalb county jail. The report states that he was under the influence of alcohol.
