The suspect who allegedly invaded a Midtown home two weeks ago and held its residents at gunpoint has been arrested in Stone Mountain and is now in jail.

The original incident occurred on Monday, Oct. 7 in the early evening as a Ninth Street homeowner was taking trash to the curb. According to the homeowner, who has been in contact with investigators, the 17-year-old suspect's name is Nyquarious Edwards who is supposedly in a gang and goes by the name NaNa on Twitter.

The homeowners in this case say that they received information indicating this is the suspect's fourth Armed Robbery arrest, though some of the other charges may have been dropped for various reasons.

"Absolutely, this one will stick!" said the Ninth Street homeowner. "I am going to do everything in my power to keep him off the streets."

Midtown Patch reported the suspect may have been identified by his t-shirt which was seen on surveillance footage. Officer John Chafee said, "today the suspect was located in Stone Mountain by the US Marshals and taken into custody."

The Atlanta Police Department has confirmed that Edwards is being charged with the following:

2- counts of armed robbery
2- counts possession of firearm during certain felonies
2- counts of aggravated assault
1- theft by taking for the vehicle
1- kidnapping
