Woman's Body Found In Creek Near DeKalb High School: Police

LITHONIA, GA -- Police in DeKalb County on Thursday are investigating after a woman's body was found in a creek the day before, Patch has learned. The woman was found face down in a creek not far from Redan High School, according to news reports.

The body was found on on Fieldgreen Drive by a child with his family, authorities said. They then notified law enforcement immediately.
