• City of Summerville Accepting Sealed Bids for Sludge Pad Project at Wastewater Treatment Plant (coosavalleynews.com) — Summerville is seeking sealed bids to build a new sludge pad at the city’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, with proposals due by 2 p.m. on January 5, 2026. Contractors must submit clearly marked bids to Summerville City Hall, where they’ll be opened publicly and later evaluated before a contract is awarded.
