Police ID Man Found Dead In Suwanee

SUWANEE, GA — A Suwanee man found dead in the front yard of a Ridge Oak Drive home Monday has been identified as 44-year-old Matthew Jones, the Gwinnett Police Department reported.

Authorities found Jones down in the front yard around 10 a.m. with an apparent stab wound, according to the Gwinnett Police Department.

Gwinnett police told Patch that no arrests had been made as of late Tuesday morning. No motive is clear, police said.

11 Alive reported it was uncertain if the home belonged to Jones.
