Murder Suspect Arrested In Fatal Stabbing In Gwinnett
After a tip from New York Police, Gwinnett County Police say they arrested a man accused in a deadly stabbing nearly three years ago.

SUWANEE, GA — A murder suspect was recently arrested after being accused of stabbing a man to death nearly three years ago.
Gwinnett County Police on Tuesday said, with the assistance of New York Police, 22-year-old Suwanee resident Delano Hill was identified as the suspect in the Ridge Oak Drive stabbing.
The fatal stabbing occurred at about 10 a.m. at a home. Police said when they arrived, they found a man in his 40s dead at the scene with an apparent stab wound. The man was not identified.

In December 2024, police said NYPD contacted Gwinnett officers after noticing a possible link, the suspect, between a New York case and the GCPD homicide case.
"The suspect had apparently provided intimate details about a homicide case that were not made public," police said in a news release.

Hill was ultimately identified as the suspect, and he was arrested Friday, police said. He was charged on suspicion of felony murder, malice murder and aggravated assault and was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail, police said.
It was not immediately known if he faces charges in New York.
