New Satirical Book Delivers 50+ Endorsements... and Just Two Words of Actual Advice
Book of Endorsements by Anthony Trendl is a spiritual parody with a serious message.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Suwanee, Georgia – June 20 – Author Anthony Trendl announces the upcoming release of Book of Endorsements: A Ridiculously Short Spiritual Satire Featuring 50+ Glowing Reviews, a sharp and humorous spiritual satire published by Tree Fort Books, available July 2.
Book of Endorsements is a minimalist literary stunt: a two-word sermon (“Be holy”) wrapped in dozens of fictional endorsements, fake forewords, and absurd commentary. Both reverent and ridiculous, it invites readers to reflect on holiness, hype, and what it really means to be set apart.

“This book is a parody of publishing culture, but it’s also a real call to holiness. It’s short because the message doesn’t need more. I’m drawing from decades working in the public speaking community and seeing an excess of dubious book endorsements,” says Anthony Trendl.

"Anthony Trendl has pushed the limits here. This isn’t a safe book. This book doesn’t wear a helmet. It jaywalks across Michigan Avenue in Chicago. These are the secret techniques the government doesn’t want you to know..." —Devin Cointreau, serial entrepreneur and infomercial star
"Bow. Wow. Bow. Wow. Bow. Wow." —Fidelis, Tim Charleston’s Basenji
"You might want to read all the endorsements. I’m not saying they’re all worth reading, but they are there." —Note from the Editor
About the Book:
Book of Endorsements looks like a self-help book gone off the rails, but at its core is a spiritual challenge: Be holy. The book surrounds this two-word imperative with 50+ satirical blurbs from philosophers, theologians, imaginary celebrities, and even a talking dog. Through layered humor and minimalist theology, Trendl delivers a deceptively simple message: maybe we don’t need more content. We need more conviction.
