• STEMS scholars share research on campus (ung.edu) — A Suwanee resident, Jason Ray, is finishing his biology degree at UNG thanks to a STEMS scholarship that supports his research while he raises three children. He and fellow students from Duluth, Buford, and other Georgia towns recently showcased projects ranging from flower genetics to advanced 3D printing at a Gainesville Campus research conference.
   

• Two Alabama Football Standouts Named AP All-Americans (idahostatesman.com) — A standout Ohio State defensive lineman from Suwanee has been named to the AP First Team All-America defense, putting the city on the national college football map. The piece highlights multiple All-American selections, including two Alabama stars, and explains how these honors factor into consensus All-American status across major voting organizations.
