Suwanee Mom 'Is The Epitome Of Extra Special'

SUWANEE, GA— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

She is a single mother and homeschool teacher to her young son. She is an academic advisor to thousands of middle school and high school children across the nation. She is a 24/7 caregiver to a ... disabled US veteran and to both his service dog and his support dog ... She is a bonus mom to the veteran's adult son ... She has kept her son ahead academically, psychologically, and socially while keeping the veteran from being housed alone in a VA rehabilitation facility ... Angela is the epitome of extra special and deserves celebration in and by Patch!
