Update 12/7/21: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Arthur Birano who was wanted for a $1,000,000 Warrant of Arrest for Attempted Murder in the First Degree. On Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at approximately 2:30 p.m., HPD officers located Birano in the Kalihi area and placed him under arrest.

Original Post 12/6/21: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating Arthur Birano. He is wanted for a $1,000,000 Warrant of Arrest for Attempted Murder in the First Degree in connection to the shooting that occurred on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in the Kalihi area. Birano is known to frequent the Kalihi, Kakaako, and Waikiki areas.Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at (808) 955-8300.
