CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s help in locating Michiyo Tsubata-Okihiro, who may be emotionally distraught. She was last seen at her residence in the Kaheka area on Monday, November 29, 2021, at approximately 8 p.m. She has not been seen or heard from since. Her family and friends are concerned for her safety and well-being.Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at (808) 955-8300.
