Christa was my son's second grade teacher and is now my daughter's second grade teacher.

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?
Christa goes above and beyond to make sure each of her students feels seen and heard. Not only does she provide excellent academic instruction, but she prioritizes making her classroom an inclusive and joyful learning community. Christa is also a Wassmuth Human Rights Education Fellow and uses innovative pedagogy to ground her instruction in dignity and equity. Christa values each and every one of her students and supports them to become their best selves.
