Patch Pick: Graduation is a special time for many, but for a few, making it to the walk across the stage has been an uphill battle. A family of a Capital High School grad, Cade Willes, let all of Boise know of the success of the "Caderator," with a drive by party on Sunday. The event was first announced on Facebook before KTVB carried the story. (KTVB)

2. Just in time for the Seahawk season, Don Day of BoiseDev announces new flights announced from Alaska Airlines from Boise to Paine Field in Everett, Washington. The flights will start this fall. (BoiseDev)

4. If you are tired of the same family vacations every year, an alternative may be to spend a few days in an Idaho fire lookout. 5. Boise State is offering "mini plans" for fans wanting to see the Bronco home games. Staff of KTVB report on the new plan offering tickets to one home game per month in September, October, and November. (KTVB)

Boise Community Calendar:
- Starting at 4 p.m. on Friday, Music Festival on the Water 2021 takes place at Esther Simplot Park. In addition to local music, food will also be available. Additional information is on Facebook.
- The City of Hope Church will have a Pre-K and Kindergarten graduation on Friday starting at 10 a.m.
- Also taking place in Esther Simplot Park on Friday, the Walk for Wishes, sponsored by the Make A Wish Foundation, starts with a 5:30 p.m. registration before the walk takes off at 6 p.m.
- Woodland Kids will have a Reptile Event on Friday with a 1 p.m. start time.
- The Amazing Scavenger Hunt Adventure starts at the Capital Building at 8 a.m. Using smart phones, teams will make their way around the city on Friday.
Friday is expected to be cooler than yesterday so enjoy the day and stay with Boise Daily.
