- Alex Casebolt, PA-C– Drawing on 27 years of clinical experience, Casebolt brings extensive expertise in primary care, urgent care, and regenerative medicine. His diverse background enables him to address both immediate medical needs and long-term health management.
- Jennifer King, DNPC– As a Doctor of Nursing Practice with over 25 years of experience, King focuses on pediatric care, chronic migraine management, and specialized healthcare for the transgender community. Her comprehensive approach ensures inclusive care for diverse patient populations.
- Kari Lopez, FNPC– A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Lopez brings valuable expertise in mental health and substance abuse treatment. Her background in care management allows her to address both immediate health concerns and underlying wellness factors.
- David Sjostrand, FNPC– Known for his collaborative approach to healthcare, Sjostrand specializes in chronic condition management and behavioral health. He emphasizes building strong provider-patient relationships to achieve optimal health outcomes.
These providers now practice at Core Medicine's Caldwell facility, which offers both urgent care and family practice services Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The clinic provides onsite lab testing, pharmacy services, and access to advanced diagnostics including ultrasound and X-ray imaging.
