Idaho Woman Joins List Of Those Charged In Capital Riot

Pam Hemphill has been charged with four misdemeanors.

BOISE, ID — An Idaho woman has joined the list of persons facing charges for the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capital.

Pam Hemphill has formally been charged with four misdemeanors including violent or disorderly conduct. A public defender has been assigned to represent Hemphill in the court proceedings.

On her Facebook page, Hemphill identifies as a founding member of People's Rights and includes video of herself at numerous demonstrations including Boise City Hall. A separate video shows Hemphill at the Capital and stating she did similar actions at the Idaho Capital Building.
