Welcome to the Friday edition of the Boise Daily. Thursday marked a sad day for a Fruitland family as their son has now been missing for six months. A pair of red pandas are enjoying their new enclosure at Zoo Boise and a local news source has created a stir with a story of an Eagle attorney. If a new bill passes, therapists would be prohibited from conversion therapy on youth and we let you know where the candidates are receiving financial assistance.

- Thursday marked the six month mark since Michael Vaughn of Fruitland disappeared off the streets of Fruitland. KTVB-TV staff mark the date with a story updating the search and information the reward has grown to $52,206. (KTVB)
- Ginger and Natasha are enjoying their new digs at Zoo Boise according to KIVI-TV's Kristen Skovira. The two red panda cubs have been moved to their own enclosure and are enjoying our winter weather. (6 On Your Side)
- A story from BoiseDev senior reporter Margaret Carmel has picked up tremendous social media buzz, both positive and negative. The story involves an Eagle attorney stopped by an officer who said she appeared intoxicated, moments after a city council meeting she participated in last fall. Cherese McLain had a roughly 12-minute exchange with an Ada County Sheriff’s Deputy outside of Eagle City Hall, but was not arrested for public intoxication.
She eventually accepted a ride home from a meeting attendee after both the deputy and the bystander convinced her she needed to be accompanied off the premise. (boisedev.com) - A bill introduced Thursday in the Idaho Legislature would ban conversion therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals under 18 according to a story by CBS2 news staff. Bill 483, sponsored by Rep. John McCrostie, bans any practice or treatment that seeks to change a patient's sexual orientation or gender identity. (idahonews)
