Students at Montessori Academy Barber Station Celebrate Earth Day
On April 22, in honor of Earth Day and protecting the environment, students learned about plants and their life cycle
Students at Montessori Academy Barber Station in Boise celebrated Earth Day by participating in a variety of activities focused on learning about the environment and how to protect the Earth. Students and families worked together to gather seeds and plants to enhance the school’s garden, while learning about plant life cycles. Montessori Academy’s Earth Day-themed activities foster social-emotional learning, scientific curiosity, and a sense of community responsibility in students.
