Upon further investigation, officers learned Williams broke a secured glass case and was seen holding a rifle he had taken from inside of it. As officers made their way to the area where Williams was reported to be, they also worked to evacuate the building.

When officers approached Williams, it appeared that he no longer had the firearm. Despite multiple verbal commands to put his hands in the air, Williams would not comply with officers. Williams was detained and placed under arrest.
