3 Stabbed At Party, Teen Assailant Captured After Fleeing Into Field: Police
Police said one victim was stabbed in the back, puncturing his kidney, one was stabbed in the head and the third was stabbed in the eye before the attacker fled into a nearby field. Police say they believe they know what led to the fight.
Suburban Students Killed In Crash While Visiting Friends Downstate
Five people were injured and two suburban high school grads were killed when police said they were struck from behind at a red light by a speeding driver. Police say the U.S. Marshals captured the driver in Texas, allegedly as he was attempting to flee to Mexico.

"Approximately 50 acres of field are burning," fire officials alerted residents on Sunday. On Monday, a fire weather watch was in effect.
Driver, 69, Dies From Rollover Crash Injuries
According to police, an initial investigation has revealed a BMW M340i was traveling eastbound at a rate greater than the posted speed limit. A Jeep Grand Cherokee was pulling forward from a stop sign when the BMW's front end struck the Jeep's driver's side, resulting in a T-bone type impact and caused the Jeep to roll several times.

Police say the stolen truck was later found in Cicero.
