Rain Likely Saturday For Illinois Amid Cloudy, Mild Weekend
"Mild temperatures will persist into early next week amid plenty of cloud cover," the weather service said on its Facebook.

ILLINOIS — Cloudy skies will continue Friday, with a few "pokes of sun" on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures on Friday will be 54 degrees, and 57 on Saturday. It will be slightly warmer on Sunday, with a high of 63 degrees.
"Mild temperatures will persist into early next week amid plenty of cloud cover," the weather service said on its Facebook.

Friday will be dry, but showers are possible Saturday night. Rain is also expected for the start of the work week on Monday into Tuesday, according to the weather service.

No snow is in the forecast this weekend, however, there could be some sightings of snowflakes next week. Rain is expected throughout the week, and we could see some snow mixed in, according to the current forecast.
While it doesn't always snow in November in Chicago, historical data does show that 1.8 inches of snow is average for the month. Temperatures also drop quite a bit on average through November, with an average of 47.6 degrees on Nov. 1, and an average of 35.2 at the end of the month.
