Dad Kicked Daughter In Face, Then Left Her With Bar Patrons: Police
Deputies found a toddler inside the establishment who had a visible injury to the upper lip. A concerned citizen told deputies that the child’s father had entered the bar earlier and asked patrons to watch his child. Fearing for her safety, the resident agreed to care for the child and immediately called 911, police said. Related story.
Violent Home Invasions Detailed
A mother who heard loud banging in her kitchen found a man trying to break in before grabbing her toddler and fleeing. Though he was able to get inside, he eventually left through a window, and, bleeding, broke into another home, where police say he threw a 70-year-old man to the floor.
