A man who lives at the home found the truck after arriving home and finding tire tracks in his yard, which he followed to the river. A 79-year-old man was found dead inside the truck, which authorities said previously fled from police.

It's not the first time she was charged in connection with a stabbing; in 2018, she was accused of stabbing two people. She's charged with one count of aggravated cruelty to animals, two counts of aggravated assault and one count of domestic battery.

Pritzker Wants Grocery Tax Eliminated

"It's one more regressive tax we just don't need," Pritzker said.
