The day before Valentine's Day, two men were spotted in a jewelry store after hours and are accused of stealing nearly $137,000 worth of items. Later, police say they led officers on a foot chase before fleeing in a vehicle, with the crowbar used in the burglary and the bag of baubles found nearby.
