4 Teens Charged In Arrow, Stomping Death Of Coyote

IDNR officers talked to witnesses, reviewed video, and found the deceased coyote after it had been shot on the railroad tracks with a bow and then stomped, a spokeswoman said. Neighbors witnessed the attack on the coyote pup.
