He shot his girlfriend, her son and her friend, police said, adding his gun was bought legally but his FOID card was revoked.

Man Gets Prison Time In Shaken Baby Case

His "reckless actions" fractured the 1-year-old's arm and caused head and brain injuries, prosecutors said. The baby was admitted to the pediatric ICU after suffering from seizures due to the injuries.

Principal Got 'Belligerent' After DUI Arrest: Police

At the police station, the high school principal got on his knees in the booking area, refusing to leave, police said. An officer described him as "belligerent." Officials say he also denied drinking and blamed the smell of alcohol on a drinking buddy.

Man Accused Of Stabbing Friend: Police

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man who was bleeding significantly from a wound to one of his arms. The man said he was at his friend's home when his friend stabbed him. A SWAT team assisted in making the arrest.
