Temperatures on Thanksgiving night will drop into the teens.
ILLINOIS — Those who were holding out hope for a snowy Thanksgiving Day may be disappointed to learn that most areas will not see any snow, according to an updated forecast from the National Weather Service.
There are a few chances for precipitation through Thursday, mostly lake effect showers for northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana, but "most locations won't see snow accumulations," the weather service said.
